Restaurant not liable for soup that burned plaintiff's leg
On April 6, a jury found that a restaurant wasn't to blame for a customer who spilled a cup of takeout soup on her leg while in her car in its parking lot. Nelda S. Patino bought the soup from El Nido Restaurant in El Paso.
