Texans Against Lawsuit Abuse

Chuck DeVore of TPPF recently spoke with CALA groups in Austin and the Rio Grande Valley on the dangerous effects lawsuit abuse can have on our state economy.  More specifically, he talked about the difference reforms have made in Texas, comparing it to his home state of California.  In the following article, DeVore again discusses why so many people are moving from the Golden State to the Lone Star State.
