Texas has been a national model for lawsuit reform, and we need to keep it that way! This week the Amarillo Globe-News published an op-ed by Court Koenning, encouraging Texas voters to both find out where their candidates stand on lawsuit reform, and to ask lawmakers to make protecting those reforms a priority.
